You'll Find Me At The Beach

Sometimes you just need to head to the beach and forget about all the craziness happening around you. I am finding myself in need of some prayer time at the beach! How about you?

Heading to the beach reminds me of Jesus heading to the mountains to pray. Luke 6:12 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.

Where is your favorite location to pray?

Whether you enjoy the mountains or the beach, we all need to create prayer time where we can get away from our daily routines, frustrations, worries and just focus on God.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 pray continually

Peace and solitude are essential for our world today. Have you noticed we seem to be lacking both lately? Spending time with God is what allows Him to give us the peace and rest we are searching for.

Is prayer time a priority in your life?

Mark 6:31-32 Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest." So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place.
