You Are Chosen

How blessed we are to be chosen by God.

Has there ever been a time when you have doubted this? If so, I hope these Bible passages will remind you of just WHO you are!

Strong & Courageous

Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Philippians 4:19

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Loved

John 3:16

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Treasured

Deuteronomy 7:6

For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.

Psalm 139:14

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

and yes YOU are chosen!!

John 15:16

You did not choose me, I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit - fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other.

Ephesians 1:4

For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.

Too often we allow the devil and the weight of this world to create doubt in our minds and soon we begin thinking we are not worthy of God's love because of the mistakes we've made. Can I tell you that God still chooses you... Think of all the disciples that Jesus chose, they were sinners and far from perfect, and yet he still chose them, that alone should encourage all of us.

Don't allow the devil to steal anymore of your precious time, ignore his negativity, put him in his place and get busy living life to the fullest. When doubt arises, tell the devil you are not going to allow him to steal anymore of your joy. Immediately thank God for his forgiveness, and for loving you unconditionally.

Hebrews 8:12

For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.

Friends, I pray you will step out in faith and pursue the calling God has placed on your hearts! Remember, YOU ARE CHOSEN!! Pursue your purpose, and if you are unsure of what that is, I encourage you to pray, and ask for God's guidance in your life because he will show you the direction to take!

Psalm 57:2

I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfills his purpose for me.

Proverbs 19:21

Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.

Isaiah 42:16

I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
