Who Is In Need Of Prayers?

Updated: Jan 26, 2023

I would bet every single one of us would say "ME"!

This morning I'd like to lift each of you up in prayers, I pray these Bible verses will renew your faith & endurance, and give you the much needed boost to know you are not alone in your situation, God is with you & He will see you through!

Whenever I have found myself struggling with a situation in my life I have often been reminded of Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. It never fails once I read these words I find myself taking a deep breath as if to say "Ah yes, that's right, I'm not alone God is fully aware of my circumstances & he will help me through it." It helps take the edge off & gives me a new perspective.

I'm not sure if you do this or not, but often times I will visualize a curtain & if I were to pull back the curtain & look around the corner, I'd realize just how close I am to overcoming whatever I am facing. It's just a tactic that helps keep me from becoming overwhelmed.

Do you have a favorite Bible verse that always seems to come to mind when you need it most?

I'd love for you to share it with me!

Here's a few of mine that have helped me, I hope you will find them encouraging too!

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for your constant presence in our lives, you know each of our struggles and we ask you to help us to overcome them. I pray you touch those who are dealing with illnesses with your healing hands & restore their health. I pray you will wrap your loving arms around those who are grieving & give them comfort. Father, we ask you to eliminate our anxieties, give us the strength & endurance needed for each of our journeys & help us to accept where you are leading us. Give us God winks to know you are right beside us & protecting us along the way. In Jesus name, Amen!

Ephesians 6:11

Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
