God Is In The Restoration Business

Updated: Jan 25, 2023

Can you think of a time when you experienced God's restoration? Maybe he restored a toxic relationship to a healthy one with a family member or friend? Has your health or a family members health ever been restored? How about your strength or even your faith?

At times we have all experienced challenges that have made us question whether or not God will change our situation or help us. Some have suffered devastating losses and are not sure how they will have the strength to endure the coming days ahead, while others have become distraught while dealing with difficult situations. But when we stand firm in our faith and cast our anxieties on the Lord it allows God to restore our strength.

1 Peter 5:6-9 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's might hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

What would you say is the one thing that God restored in your life that impacted you the most?

Psalm 51:12

Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Too often we listen to what the devil says and we don't see how God could possibly turn our situations around so we lose hope and become frustrated.

I hope this message will encourage you to keep praying knowing God hears you.

1 Peter 5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ; after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

While you wait for your restoration to take place, stand firm in your faith! Do not listen to the devils deceitful lies, God has not forgotten about you.

Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord, because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.
