Explore The Bible In A Weekend

Are you fascinated with the Bible? You can watch it come to life by visiting two attractions near Cincinnati OH, the Creation Museum which is 20 miles west in Petersburg KY and the Arc Encounter in Williamstown KY which is 40 miles south of Cincinnati. I would recommend planning a full day for each to avoid rushing through them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Arc Encounter and cannot say enough good things about the experience! It brings the flood to life and as you are walking into the massive life size boat you start to hear the thunder, rain & animals it's pretty awesome!! My family had the pleasure of visiting the Creation Museum over a weekend many years ago. Then in May 2017 my sisters and I visited the Arc Encounter with our mother as it would have been our parents 60th anniversary the day we were there. Our dad passed away the Sept prior from lung cancer, which made this a memorable experience for all of us. When I exited the Arc and looked up at the sky, I was in awe of what I was looking at. I am so grateful to have captured it in this photo above. I felt like I was looking at a scene out of the Bible, it was as if God was saying He is watching over us with our dad. It still brings tears to my eyes whenever I look at this photo as I am transported back to that moment in time when God touched my heart & gave me this gift. So grateful....
Genesis 28:15 I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.
Another great destination to visit is the Bible Museum in Washington DC, I have not had the pleasure of visiting the museum yet, but it is certainly on my bucket list! https://www.museumofthebible.org/
