At The End Of Your Rope
Updated: Jan 25, 2023
How many times have you found yourself at the end of your rope?
Whether it's with your job, kids, spouse or even multiple things happening at the same time. Does it take a lot for you to get to the end of your rope or no? The important question for each of us is how do we change our mindset once we get there?
Matthew 11:28-30 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Ways to find inner strength:
Pray & ask God for strength to overcome what you are dealing with
Create quiet time to reconnect & realign your thoughts with Gods
Try to view your situation through Gods eyes, it helps to give us a different perspective
Read Scriptures that strengthen you & help you see beyond your situation
How do YOU find inner strength? I hope you will share!
Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
When you feel like you are at the end of your rope keep the faith & trust the inner strength God has given you! 1 Chronicles 16:11 Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.
As Franklin D Roosevelt said "When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."
When we surrender everything to God, it allows Gods strength to become the knot at the end of our rope. Hold on friends a new day is coming!
Psalm 31:24 Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.
