As Deep As The Ocean!

Fun facts: Did you know that 71% of the Earths surface is covered by oceans and the average depth is about 2.7 miles? In fact, some places the ocean is deeper than the tallest mountains are high! Gods love is wider and deeper than any ocean, it's vast, powerful and limitless. We cannot measure it but the minute we accept it we are surrounded by an indescribable & extraordinary love. Can you share of a time when you felt the depths of His love?


How many of you enjoy spending time at the beach? Whether your toes are buried in warm sand or you are standing at the waters edge do you feel a sense of peace come over you? There seems to be an energy that refuels your soul every time you return, at least that is how it is for me! When I become restless I know it's a sign that I need to return to the ocean to replenish my spirit.

Depending on weather conditions and the winds you will experience different types of waves such as swells, wakes, flat-crested waves, tidal waves. Regardless of our own conditions God's love washes over us just like a wave, it soothes our soul and reminds us that no matter what we face we are not alone!


My prayer is that you will feel Gods love emcompassing you!

Psalm 93:3-4

The seas have lifted up, O Lord, the seas have lifted up their voice; the seas have lifted up their pounding waves. Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea - the Lord on high is mighty.

As you know I love sunsets and could sit at the waters edge forever so I thought I'd include a photo from our 25th Wedding Vow Renewal at the very beach we were married at 25 yrs prior! I'm grateful our boys were there to celebrate with us.


Lamentations 3:22-24

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, "The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him."
